L2LP Resources Shop

I am currently working in a mixed secondary school based in Dublin. I work in an Autism classroom with mixed abilities & needs. I enjoy creating worksheets for students in my class that helps them and teachers work through L2LP & recently L1LP. I started off when working with 3rd years on L2LP and created a set of worksheets for their SPHE CBA which helped them work on subject matter is a way that was easier to digest but also challenging their own creativity.

Communications & Literacy - PLU 1 Elements: 1.7 - 1.11 Using non-verbal behaviour to get message across. Identifying range of non verbal communication methods, how to use non verbal behaviour, relay a response or request non verbally. Respond non verbal signs and symbols and be able to follow a sequence of non verbal instructions. (1 of the instruction worksheets is a practical activity and needs an ikea crate to complete it). There are 2 other instruction worksheets who don’t need equipment :)

I have drawn some items and the room layouts, plus other items printed from the internet. You can personalise the rooms to the student i.e Trains in the bedroom, favourite doll or game console. Sheets attached could be printed off and used to create your own worksheets. I can email you blank room sheets if you need them. Print or draw the items, laminate room and items. Place velcro hooks on the back of item and velcro fluff on the main room worksheet. Don’t have to just keep it to rooms and household projects, why not make one for jobs people do or services in the community students may use.
